Personal Data:
I will hold the following personal data on customers - Name, E-mail, Address (if provided) & phone contact details (if provided). No other information is held.
This data is solely used for communicating with interested buyers or individuals asking to be kept informed of my work and exhibitions.
This information is held from initial enquiry until asked by the individual to remove it.
No information is shared with any other organisation.
I do not hold any special category data.

The information held is based on:
a) Consent provided by the individual,
b) The processing and completion of the sale of artworks,
c) Legal obligation to comply with UK Tax Law.

Data Access:
If you think I hold personal information about you contact me at andy@andycropper.art and I can provide details of any information I hold within one month. If you no longer want me to hold that information please let me know and I will delete it and confirm this has been done.

Security:
Electronic information is held behind password protection, anti-virus and anti-malware software. it is also stored on an external hard drive for additional protection. Paper records are under lock and key

Data Breaches:
Even though I hold no financial information, if I suspect a breach of data protection I will contact you immediately.
